Check product and content data, agreed analytics and event setup, purchase or inquiry journeys and mobile layouts, then hand over operating guidance.
The proposal defines pages, catalog, integrations and content responsibilities. Platform subscriptions, paid apps and themes are separate costs.

Project-based build
A defined site. A practical handover.
Page count, catalog complexity, integrations and migration needs determine the project quote. Ongoing marketing and maintenance are separate scopes unless explicitly included.
