Baseline = your last 3 months of Meta revenue. 15% for accounts under $10K/mo spend. You keep 100% of what you were already making.
Below break-even? → Turnaround
5% of revenue above your true break-even
Break-even includes our fixed fee — so our share only starts once you're actually in profit, not just covering costs.
